VISION

The vision of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technology is to achieve national and international excellence in education, research, and innovation; and to cultivate healthy, ethical engineers capable of solving complex technological challenges for society.

Specific Vision Objectives

· Excellence and Leadership: To become a premier center for excellence in engineering technology education and research.

· Societal Impact: To research and develop innovative solutions that promote sustainable development and meet the evolving needs of society.

· Technological Innovation: To lead in specialized fields including mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics, thermal engineering, refrigeration, air conditioning and drying technology, automation, robotics, and energy systems, in alignment with the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0).

 MISSION

Our mission focuses on delivering high-quality and sustainable engineering education, fostering research, and ensuring student employability through high-level technical expertise.

Specific Mission Duties

· Quality Education: To provide high-quality technical education integrated with professional ethics training. We deliver a rigorous theoretical curriculum alongside robust practical training to ensure student success. We further enhance the practical application of theoretical concepts to ensure students are fully industry-ready.

· Research and Innovation: To nurture a research-oriented environment that fosters creativity and maintains a leading role in technology. We are committed to conducting high-quality research that leads to the creation of intellectual property.

· Ethics and Teamwork: To cultivate professionalism, ethical standards, and collaborative skills to enhance the employability of our graduates.

· Industry Collaboration: To establish strong partnerships with industrial sectors to provide students with practical and real-world experience.
